Failing To Meet Target: Vehicle examiners issued notices

FAISALABAD: The Punjab Transport Authority on Thursday issued show cause notices to motor vehicle examiners in 10 districts of the province, including Faisalabad for failing to achieve their recovery targets for 2012.

The examiners have been given one more week to meet the revenue target.

Punjab Transport Authority officials said that disciplinary action might be taken against those who fail to meet the targets in a week.

They had been given the deadline of December 31, 2012, to recover all dues.
