Lack of compliance: CCPO directed to inquire into matter

An additional district and sessions judge has directed the CCPO to hold an inquiry and take action against the Yakki Gate SHO for not complying with court orders. The judge was hearing a petition filed by Sakina Bibi. She said the court had directed the SHO to register an FIR against Wapda officials including the SDO, a lineman and a line superintendent for demanding Rs10,000 to guarantee that her monthly bill would be under Rs1,000, but he had refused FIR.
