Disappearance: College teacher goes missing

Despite a lapse of four days, the police failed to recover the missing teacher.

Police have yet to recover a college teacher who went missing four days back. The college administration and students have threatened to protest if he was not recovered in next two days. Professor Jehangir of Urdu department at Government Postgraduate College No 1 was going to his native town Haripur when he went missing near Salhad, half a kilometer off the main city. Despite a lapse of four days, the police failed to recover the missing teacher, which sparked unrest among his colleagues and students. On Friday, the school administration held a meeting and expressed the concern about the security of the teacher. They criticised the police, demanding early recovery of the teacher. They also threatened to stage protest if the police failed to recover him in two days.
