Wrongful Arrest: Efroze Chemicals MD released on bail
The court directed Khan to appear before the sessions court on February 2 and before Supreme Court on February 4.

A Supreme Court full bench at the Lahore registry on Friday ordered the release of Efroze Chemicals Managing Director Nadir Khan, involved in the Punjab Institution of Cardiology (PIC) case.
The apex court was hearing an appeal filed by Khan’s wife against the alleged illegal arrest of her husband. She said her husband had received pre-arrest bail from a court but the police still arrested him. Shadman police presented the accused before the court. The court ordered the police to release him and also directed him to appear before the sessions court on February 2 and before Supreme Court in Islamabad on February 4.
