Security alert: Ban on pillion riding
Around 18,000 policemen will be on duty in the city.

A ban has been imposed on pillion riding for Friday (today) as part of security measures on Eid Miladun Nabi, said the advisor to the home ministry, Sharfuddin Memon.
After the twin blasts in Landhi on Thursday, additional police force has also been deployed in sensitive areas, said Memon. Around 18,000 policemen will be on duty in the city.
