Cricket: Blind cricketers get central contracts
Pakistan Blind Cricket Council says it will give central contacts to 19 national players.

The Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC) has said it will give central contracts to 19 national players with effect from January 1, 2013.
The players who have received the six-month contracts have been divided into three categories. A sum of Rs14,000 monthly will be given to players in category A while the cricketers placed in B and C categories will receive Rs 12,000 and 10,000 each respectively. According to PBCC chairman Syed Sultan Shah, category A includes Pakistan captain Zeeshan Abbasi, Anees Javed, Mohammad Jameel and Amir Ashfaq while category B includes Idrees Salim and Mohammad Akram.
