KARACHI:
Almost 20 days after disappearing, a police escort brought Shahrukh Jatoi back to the very city where he had allegedly shot and killed young Shahzeb Khan on December 25, 2012.

Express News reported early on Thursday morning that the plane carrying Shahrukh had landed at the Karachi airport.

In police custody, the young Jatoi scion was promptly whisked away from waiting reporters and cameramen to an undisclosed location through the less frequented back roads at Jinnah International Airport.

Last week, the Supreme Court hearing a suo moto case on Shahzeb’s murder, had directed the police to sniff out and arrest Shahrukh Jatoi and bring him before the court of law.
The suspect will be presented before the Supreme court on Thursday.
Shahrukh, who maintains that he is innocent, had turned himself in on Monday after his father, Sikander Jatoi, had been arrested from outside the Supreme court last week. Sikander says he has nothing to do with the murder case.
A three member police party under SSP Niazz Khosa had traveled to the emirati city of Dubai to locate and arrest Shahrukh Jatoi.
Police have already arrested four other suspects believed to be linked to Shahzeb’s murder on December 25, 2012. Among those arrested are prime suspect Siraj Talpur, Mustafa Lashari, Munawwar Talpur, and Sikander Jatoi.
