Environmental moot at GCUF begins today
The participants will discuss the issues related to air pollution, land degradation, water quality and climate change.

A two-day environmental moot will begin at the Government College University Faisalabad (GCUF) on Tuesday (today). The conference on Global Environment Changes and Green Expo, has been organised by the university’s Environmental Sciences Department in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission and the Pakistan Science Foundation.
The participants will discuss the issues related to air pollution, land degradation, water quality and climate change.
VC Dr Zakir Hussain is expected to preside over the inaugural session. A university spokesman said that experts from several European and Asian countries had been invited to participate.
