Praying for recovery: Family demands recovery of missing girl

The girl, Ayesha Bibi, went missing from the hospital’s tuck shop on January 9.

KARACHI:
The family of a 10-year-old girl who went missing from the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) two days ago protested outside the hospital’s gate and Saddar police station for the second day on Friday.

The police said four people are in custody for investigation. The girl, Ayesha Bibi, went missing from the hospital’s tuck shop on January 9. Saeed Akram, father of the missing girl, who works at the vegetable market at Super Highway, complained that the police was lethargic in their pursuance of the case. Akram said that they told him that it would take them more time to find Ayesha.
