Bowling: Majeed secures championship
Muhammad Amir claimed 158 points which led him to clinch the bronze medal.
Shahid Majeed won the final round of the National Tenpin Bowling Championship 2013 in the deaf category in Islamabad yesterday.
On the first day of the event, Majeed won by 10 points and ended the tournament as the winner when he defeated Muhammad Qasim in the final round. Majeed secured 178 points in total to clinch the title, while Qasim, who scored 168, took silver.
