Grenade hurled: Election commission office attacked

Nobody was present in the office when the hand grenade attack was carried out.

Unidentified people attacked an office of the Election Commission of Pakistan with a hand grenade in Panjgour, a district bordering Iran, on Wednesday.



According to police, armed men riding a motorbike hurled a grenade at the office located on Chattan Road of Panjgour, smashing windowpanes of the office. “Nobody was present in the office when the hand grenade attack was carried out,” police said, adding that nobody was hurt in the attack. The attackers managed to flee from the scene.
