An eyewitness said Siraj opened fire at Shahzeb and when he did not die, Siraj’s brother Sajjad Talpur asked him to fire more rounds.
Five people were nominated in the FIR of the case, out of which three have been arrested while Shahrukh Jatoi and his father Sikandar are still on the run.
Investigation Officer Mubeen Ahmed requested the media to provide anonymity to the eyewitnesses as their lives could be in danger because Sikandar was an influential man.
The officer also praised Express News for its efforts in the case and said that the investigation could not have gone so far without the channel’s coverage.
Shahzeb was shot dead near his home in Defence last year. A popular student and son of DSP Aurangzaib, Shahzeb’s murder created an uproar in civil society.
The Supreme Court took suo motu notice of the case after the news spread that influential people were creating hurdles in the arrest of the suspects.
A police team is in Dubai currently after reports emerged of Shahrukh fleeing to UAE.
One-day protective bail
The Lahore High Court issued one-day protective bail to Sikandar Jatoi, a suspect in the Shahzeb Khan murder case, reported Express News.
Sikandar had filed an application in the court saying that he wants to appear before the Supreme Court tomorrow but police won’t be able to provide him security.

I don,t think so it's whole are true story. Now They all want to fetch up this case. When shahrukh was killing shahzeb so where was shahzeb all friend and now they all sai we see shahrukh as killing shahzeb. Why police is finding shahrukh if siraj is responsible?

Nothing will happen to Talpur or Jatoi, Sindh Police (SP) has struck a lottery !!! from federal ministers to provincial ministers everyone gets their piece of pie. so far Sikander Jatoi has got Rs 37 Billion worth of civil contracts across "Pak Watan" after giving 10% to the concerned officers he can easily bail out fwe billions to save his son & his friends. . SP will throw everything in doubt and facilitate the murderers to get away with the crime. Civil society may go to Hell.

Hand over the culprits to Punjab Police and let them be killed in police encounter on orders of CM Punjab as he did with the famous and the most terror in Gujranwala Nanhoo Goraya ...He sent the Punjab Police team to Malaysia to arrest him ...they arrested and brought him back to Pakistan but during interrogation which is also available on you tube he was confident that he will be released within few days ...and within few days he was killed in encounter ..later his dead body was shown to whole gujranwala in police mobile van to ensure them that he's dead and no more a terror for industrialists and people of the city ....i wish same cud happen with shahrukh , his father , siraj and his father but as long as they are in the custody of Sindh Police just forget about the fair justice with em ...wat will happen wen CJ will b gone ? who will ensure that the punishment they deserve is carried out in true letter and spirit so KILL ALL CULPRITS IN ENCOUNTER AND SET AN EXAMPLE !
In the end, how will you get justice with the diyat ordinance lurking around the corner to help powerful murderers and the four eye witness rule to free rapists?

Few days back I wrote that Police has ruined the case by nominating a state witness so early in the investigations but did not know it will go to this extent. Now hundreds of witnesses will come forward who saw these eye witnesses in rural Sindh at the time of crime, hundreds of KM away from crime scene.

But what about the dozens of eye witnesses who in the Shahzaib Khanzada's show said that it was Shahrukh Jatoi who opened fire on Shahzaib If Siraj and his brother are the killers then why the Red Warrant for Shahrukh?
No matter what. The people of Pakistan know that Sharukh Jatoi was the murderer, and no matter who is "proven" guilty, we should not forgive these feudel culprits. The nation should take them to task, not physically but making a voice on International forums and communities and even in Pakistan so that this Satanic Feudel culture is despised and thinks twice to mess with the masses!
Shahzeb's friends were beating the crap out of Talpurs and Jatois. They weren't gathered there to watch a circus, the group was gathered to beat all those who stood in front of them whom they didn't know. Take all his friends into custody and question them. They should also be held responsible for an innocent boy's death.
Those waiting for justice do not hold your breath. This is land of pure where only money and power speaks.
first Siraj was the approver now the suspect ! what's going on!
Hopefully the Supreme Court will haul the police up and tell them sternly to do the job or be locked up themselves. Police has been complicit with the alleged murderers, they may helped Jatoi's escape and even brokered a reported cash settlement between Talpur family and Aurengzeb's family.
The whole thing stinks, the truth needs to come out and those who have committed this murder, participated in it or the cover up and helped Jatoi's escape, must be given exemplary punishments.
Even if its true, Shahrukh should get life imprisonment. Those looking for death penalty, should know that in current system, this not gonna happen to the wadera ka beta
feeling so sorry for the family who lost young family member at his prime age time. Whole the story is too much painful and unbearable. Young boy lost his life but It seems nothing will be materialized. Our police is corrupt and can be influenced by any wadera. All the times, whenever such cases were highlighted in past, there was always a hope that there will be justice this time but our system failed always and there was an disappointment only at the end. Let us pray and hope this time justice with true spirits will take place.

that was ought to happen. Now these feudels buy their slaves to be fake eyewitnesses and make Siraj a killer. Everyone knows that it was Sharukh Jatoi who killed Shahzeb! There would always be loopholes that would be exploited by these feudels until the entire society changes itself and takes a stand.
What about Sharukh? are they going to leave him alone, seems like Shazib's family will reach some agreement since the witnesses are saying that Siraj shot Shazib.
What are prosecution and police up to? Was it not Shahrukh Jatoi who fired on Shahzeb? Police appears to be creating loop holes in the case at the very outset of the trail; it wants to throw everything in doubt and facilitate the murderers to get away with the crime; usual Pakistani tactics.
