Roof collapse: Two members of a family killed

The incident took place in Ayub Gate Muhalla near Station Road, Sukkur.

SUKKUR: Muhammad Ayub Qazi and his three-year-old son, Muhammad Aziz Qazi, were killed when the roof of their house collapsed in Ayub Gate Muhalla near Station Road, Sukkur, on Monday. Qazi’s wife, Shaheen Khatoon, and their three children, Waseem, Suhail and Azra, were injured in the incident and were rushed to Civil Hospital, Sukkur. The residents of the area and officials from the Edhi welfare organisation rushed to the rescue of the victims. Shaheen Khatoon was able to return home but her children are still being treated at the hospital.
