ICI Pakistan limited: Change of directors
Muhammad Yunus Tabba appointed as the chairman of the board.
KARACHI:
Lucky Holding Limited has completed the acquisition of shares of lCl Omicron BV in lCl Pakistan Limited. Consequent to this, the board of directors of lCl Pakistan Limited had been reconstituted with Muhammad Yunus Tabba appointed as the chairman of the board and Muhammad Ali Tabba appointed as the vice chairman of the board. Furthermore, Ali A Aga has been appointed as the chief executive of lCl Pakistan Limited on a temporary basis till February 24, 2013, or as determined by the Board.
