Formula One: Raikkonen not keen on technology use

Raikkonen believes their success will be more about how the team performs together as a unit.

Lotus driver Kimi Raikkonen believes his team’s new simulator will be of little use to him next season as he prefers practise on actual circuits, according to ESPN.

“I’ve never been a big fan of those and you never get as close to what real driving on the circuit is,” said Raikkonen. “I don’t think this is really going to change things.”

Raikkonen believes their success will be more about how the team performs together as a unit. “It’s the whole game together; there are a lot of people involved and you cannot make it happen by yourself. It’s all about team work.”
