In a thrilling first Twenty20 International between the sporting world’s greatest rivals, Pakistan defeated India by five wickets to record their first ever T20 win over their archrivals at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore on Tuesday.
Chasing a modest 133 for nine, the visitors recovered from a precarious start (12 for three) and cruised to victory — notwithstanding a challenging 10 runs in the final over.
