Public prosecution department: Employees threaten strike from today
The protestors said there needed to be changes in their service structure whereby their salaries are increased.

Employees of the Public Prosecution Department continued protesting in front of their office at the District and Sessions Court demanding an increase in their salaries on Monday. The protestors vowed to go on complete strike from December 18 (today) if their demands were not met. They said that they should be given salaries in accordance with the salaries of court employees. The protesters said their salaries were not sufficient to survive on. They said there needed to be changes in their service structure whereby their salaries are increased.
