Government College University Lahore was declared the winner in the All Pakistan Bilingual Declamation Contest held at the Pakistan Air Force Academy Risalpur on Friday. Students from 45 institutions from across the country took participated in the two-day contest. The contest has been a regular feature at the PAF Academy since 1974.
