Ogra: Media consultant appointed

ISLAMABAD:
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) appointed Muhammad Afzal Bajwa as media consultant to facilitate smooth flow of information mainly about the authority’s decisions and actions of larger public interests, says a press release.
Bajwa brings well-over 20 years’ experience of practical journalism to Ogra. Before joining the regulator, he was heading the Online news agency as the editor.
Having expertise to deal with both print and electronic media, Bajwa as media consultant to Ogra is expected to maintain close liaison between journalists and the authority.
He also offers his comments to electronic media on various issues.
