End of semester: No outsiders can enter SALU campus during exams
A large number of policemen will be on campus to avoid any untoward incident, said Bhutto.

The Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU) Khairpur administration reviewed security arrangements at the campus ahead of first semester examinations that began from December 11.
SALU vice chancellor Prof. Dr Parveen Shah presided over the meeting, which was attended by members of the district administration, the police and university officials.
SSP Irfan Mukhtiar Bhutto briefed the officials about the contingency plan that has been put in place in the campus, and added that outsiders would not be allowed to enter university premises during the examinations.
A large number of policemen will be on campus to avoid any untoward incident, added Bhutto. SALU SHO Mashooq Ali Keerio has been appointed the focal person for all security-related queries. Khairpur’s deputy commissioner Mohammad Abbas Baloch and Major Shahbaz of the Rangers assured the meeting that maintaining the law and order at the campus was their priority.
