Entertainment venture: First 5-D motion ride opens in Peshawar

A new 5-dimensional motion ride opened in Bhittani Plaza, University Town on Wednesday. Named the ‘Galactic Space’, the project set up by five entrepreneurs aims to give a different side to life in Peshawar. “We took is as a special challenge to disprove cynics who had written off Peshawar,” said Syed Mohib Gilani, an MBA graduate turned businessman who grew up in the city. The new entertainment arena has an outer space theme and welcomes families. It offers 5-D motion rides, 3-D gaming and a cafe. The motion rides offer themes of outdoor adventures, horror and space-age with effects including snow, rain, fog, wind jets and bubbles. The cafe also offers a variety of fast food and drinks.
