District Coordination Officer Nabeel Javed announced this at a function held by the Social Welfare Department on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities here on Tuesday. He said a file of every disabled child would be prepared after a survey and he or she would be issued a disability certificate. He said the district government would distribute free wheelchairs, tricycles and white sticks among the disabled.
Javed said data of disabled people would be prepared to facilitate them in getting medical treatment, education and job.
