Tragedy: Man burnt to death

Police sources says that Abdul Aziz fell on the stove in his room and suffered serious burn injuries.

RAWALPINDI:

An aged man was burnt to death in Kumar Mandi near Usmanpura, Rawalpindi on Sunday night.

Police sources said that the 85-year-old Abdul Aziz, a resident of Azad Kashmir, fell on the stove in his room and suffered serious burn injuries.

No one was around to rescue him, the police said. The victim’s body was taken to District Headquarters Hospital and later handed over to his family.
