Three low-intensity blasts rock Lahore

A bomb disposal squad building has been damaged as three low-intensity blasts strike the city

Three low intensity blasts,  rocked the Township area of Lahore late Monday night. According Rescue 1122 officials the first blast damaged a car outside the local DSP's residence and was the likely the result of firecrackers.

The second blast was heard outside the Minhaj-ul-Quran University.

The third blast targeted the local bomb disposal squad building on 'bomb chowk.' According to reports the exterior walls have collapsed and the structure of the building has been badly damaged.

Police have cordoned off the area and have begun investigations.

Sultan Ahmed. | 13 years ago | Reply When the whole world say that they( terrorists) are not Muslims, clerics relating to all sects has declared them non Muslims so they are not Muslims, but as have seen they do no care, it mean they are really not Muslims. Who they are ? It is a sign of interrogation before us and before our national leaders also.
