Providing specialists: CM approves ZAB Medical College
Total cost of the new college building is Rs390 million and around a 100 students will be given admission.

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Chief Minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti has approved constructing the Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical College at Duranpur as a government institution. The medical college has also been declared a part of the Lady Reading Hospital as per the K-P Medical Health Institutions and Regulation of Health-care Services Ordinance 2002. With Dr Azmat Talat, Professor of Pediatrics, as the principle, the college will be opened from academic year 2013. Special Secretary for K-P Health Prof Noorul Iman told The Express Tribune that the total cost of the new college building is Rs390 million and around a 100 students will be given admission.
