SHC Bar Association: CJ to attend oath-taking ceremony
A formal request has been sent to the chief justice and he has confirmed his presence.

The Chief Justice of Pakistan, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, is expected to attend the oath taking ceremony of the newly elected office bearers of the Sindh High Court Bar Association (SHCBA), Hyderabad chapter. The SHCBA’s general secretary, Ayaz Tunio, told The Express Tribune that a formal request has been sent to the chief justice and he has confirmed his presence. The date of the event has yet to be confirmed. The SHCBA elected its new office bearers and members of the managing committee in the elections on November 17.
