Signal-free crossing: Kalma Chowk underpasses approved
Sharif says one underpass will be of three lanes while the other of four lanes, costing over Rs1 billion.

Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Thursday approved start of work on Kalma Chowk underpasses. The meeting was also attended by MPA Dr Saeed Elahi, the Planning and Development Board chairman, the project director, the Lahore Development Authority director general, the chief traffic officer and the public relations director general. Sharif said one underpass would be of three lanes while the other of four lanes, costing over Rs1 billion.
