Political memoir: Marvi Memon’s book out next week

LAHORE: Marvi Memon explains why she chose to join the PML-N rather than the PTI in a new book coming out next Tuesday, according to a press release.

In the book, Memon acknowledges that she entered politics via the establishment, but she had the courage to “apologise and rectify” the mistake. She did so, she writes, by joining the PML-N, “the only party where wisdom and youth is combined” and which believes in “real change”. She describes Imran Khan as “fickle” and “unstable”, while Nawaz Sharif is “humble” and Shahbaz Sharif has “immense passion and energy”.
