Security arrangements: Ban on offensive graffiti
Provincial government take decision to punish vandals of private and public property.
KARACHI:
Drawing offensive graffiti on the walls of private and public property will now be punished under Section 144, according to the provincial government.
The decision has been taken to prevent any sectarian or religious violence during Muharram. Police officers have been authorised to register all complaints under Section 188.
