From one country singing beauty to another, the red carpet never looked as good as it did on November 1, 2012 in Nashville, Tennessee at the 46th Country Music Association (CMA) Awards. The Express Tribune selects six of the best dressed ladies that set the stage on fire not just with their voices, but also with their looks!

Kimberly Schlapman

Kimberly Schlapman of the vocal group Little Big Town, an American country music group, looked sexy as she arrived in a light-catching beaded dress that gave it a bit of a metallic look. Her rich, blond curls enhanced her dark, dramatic eyes.

Lisa Marie Presley

Singer, songwriter, and Elvis Presley’s only child Lisa Marie Presley showed up at the CMA Awards wearing a pleated black gown with long sparkly sleeves. This beauty didn’t require accessories with her dress but the thick black eyeliner did wonders for her small eyes.

Faith Hill

Popular country singer Faith Hill looked charming as ever with her big blond curls to the side and her long black gown with cream coloured sleeves. She used natural make-up shades, and although we can see her Invisalign (braces), she still pulls off a gorgeous look!

Miranda Lambert

The voluptuous Miranda Lambert won the female vocalist of the year award at the CMA event. She showed up in a shaded gold and fawn prom gown. Her earrings matched her beautiful green eyes, and her high up-do gave her a chance to show off that back.

Carrie Underwood

Singer-actor Carrie Underwood arrived in a white Reem Acra long dress with silver metallic detailing on the top. She accessorised her goddess gown elegantly with a white flower petal ring and a gold clutch. Her dark eyes and glossy pink lips complimented her bright blond tresses.

Martina McBride

Singer Martina McBride showed off her toned arms in a long, gray lacy gown with leatherite straps. With big curls in her dark auburn hair, round beaded earrings, and heavy eye make-up, this country singer looked fabulous!
