KARACHI:

A Pizza Hut security guard gunned down his colleague during a heated dispute over a chair on Sunday, said the Gizri police.

The deceased, identified as Nawaz Khan, was shot dead by Wajid Ali outside the restaurant located on Khayaban-e-Shabaz, Phase 6, DHA. SHO Asif Jameel said that they were both employees of a private security firm, VIP security, and were stationed at the restaurant.

“The two men fought over a chair outside the building because they both wanted to sit on it,” said Jameel. He suspected that Ali was drunk at the time and shot Nawaz three times, killing him on the spot. A murder case under section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code was registered at the Gizri police station. Ali escaped after the killing, but was soon arrested by the Darakshan police from a street on Khayaban-e-Badar.

Just ban guns in Pakistan. We aren't responsible enough to carry them. All our problems will be solved once and for all!!
