Hyderabad violence: Three killed in armed attack
SHO Ahmed Qureshi told that the police arrested eight suspects from the building but the attackers had fled.
HYDERABAD:
At least three people were killed, and as many injured, in an attack by unidentified assailants at the office of Ghousia Foundation late on Sunday night.
The foundation, the office for which is located in Shamshad Chambers, organises religious programmes. Kamal Mustafa, the 45-year-old head of the organisation, 28-year-old Muhammad Kashif and 29-year-old Shakil Memon were killed, according to Civil Hospital’s medico-legal officer Hotu Mal.
Rizwan Ahmed, who sustained two gunshots to his arm and chest and Mohammad Maqbool, who was shot in the chest, are said to be in a critical condition. Imran is out of danger as he was shot in the leg.
