Crime: Minor killed in road accident
The vehicle’s driver managed to escape from the scene.
GUJAR KHAN:
A five-year-old boy was killed and another injured in a road accident in Gujar Khan on Saturday. According to police officials, Usman and Sufyan, who had come to Gujar Khan with their parents to attend a wedding, were playing on the road when they were hit by a speeding Toyota Hiace. Both of them were taken to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, where Sufyan died of injuries. The vehicle’s driver managed to escape from the scene. The police have registered a case and started searching for the van driver.
