Academic progress : AKU to hold education conference

Educational experts to speak about new teaching methods at AKU.

KARACHI: A three-day international conference on making education relevant will be organised by Aga Khan University Institute for Educational Development from November 1. A number of experts will speak at the conference, including the director of the institute Dr Muhammad Memon, the senior education programme officer of Aga Khan Foundation Dr Joshua Muskin, and the director of Indus Resource Centre Dr Sadiqa Salahuddin. The speakers will discuss how new teaching methods can be introduced and how academic curriculums can be made relevant to contemporary times.
