Tragic: Three killed, 13 injured in accident
The deceased were identified as Munawar, Faizan and Jameel.
HARIPUR:
Three seminary students were killed and 13 were injured when a van overturned after crashing into a tree near the Nikah Pah village on GT Road, some five kilometres away from Haripur on Monday. Ten of the injured were reported to be in serious condition. The cause of the accident was a mechanical fault, police and eyewitnesses said. Police said that a Toyota Hiace was carrying students from an Islamabad-based seminary to Mansehra when one of its front tyres burst. The deceased were identified as Munawar, Faizan and Jameel. The bodies and the injured were shifted to Women and Children Hospital Haripur. Those in critical condition were referred to Ayub Medical Complex.
