A 14-year-old girl named Urooj sustained 60% burn injuries when an 11000kv wire fell on an iron grill outside her home in Larkana on Thursday. The transmission line broke after it was caught and entangled with a passing vehicle. Urooj was rushed to Chandka Medical College Hospital but had to be transferred to Karachi as there are no burns centres in Larkana.
