Anushka Sharma: This or that?

Tall and beautiful Anushka Sharma was recently spotted at two endorsement events. She attended the Joy cosmetics event in a pretty silk floral printed dress paired with sexy black heels.
Anushka Sharma
Anushka has really proved her worth in the industry as an actor but is yet to rank high on our style-o-meter since her debut in the movie Rab Ne Bana Di Jori. She fails to impress in this plain Jane dress and silver sneakers at the Nivea Whitening Deodrant launch.
1. Hair
The natural waves give a casual look with curls at the end hanging loose. We do recommend this look, it’s easy and takes little effort!
2. Make-up
The lip colour goes great with her honey dew skin tone, complementing shades of pink bronzer, lots of mascara and a not very defined eye. Overall, we love Anushka but really think it’s time she doesn’t just act as a hanger for beautiful and fun clothing. Make those outfits your own, woman!
3. Clothes
A chiffon blue summer number to go with the Nivea blue logo, it definitely works for the logo but not so much for her. Its borderline beach with that white cotton belt tied around her waist.
4. Accessories
We have a watch! Where did everything else go? She could have used some accessories to complement her lack of style in this look. Her studs are barely noticeable!
5. Shoes
The silver sneakers give a confident preppy feel, and add a sporty touch to the cause. She’s at a deodorant launch after all, she’s probably going for the sexy, yet sporty and smelling good approach.
1. Hair
Poker straight hair might be high on the fashion scale but it fails to impress. Anushka could have easily added some volume and style to her hair and done away with the “Star Parivar” parting. Too safe!
2. Make-up
The no make-up look is great, but with already nothing pinning on your look, no accessories and flat boring hair, it’s looking a bit drab. Anushka could have at least gone for a brighter red on those lips as opposed to that pale pink gloss.
3. Clothes
She wore a floral printed tunic Zara dress, with ankle cuff heels showing off her never-ending skinny legs. We definitely love the slender body but it’s too straight for her svelte frame and isn’t doing justice to what has been voted the best body in B-town.
4. Accessories
Aside from the cuff on her hand, it’s almost startling to see no accessories at all! No earrings, no long necklaces to jazz that print up and nothing to catch the eye. She could have even added a belt to draw attention to her killer waist. Is this look apt for a launch? We think not.
5. Shoes
The shoes we definitely love! Bang on trend and sexy, nothing beats a good old pair of black heels.
