Graduation ceremony: Cadets applauded for efforts
Sword of Honour for Overall Best Performance in College of Flying Training was won by Pilot Officer Talal Hassan.
Different batches of under training officers graduated from PAF Academy Risalpur on Wednesday, said a press release. Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani was the chief guest on the occasion. The chief guest awarded Quaid-e-Azam Banner to the Champion Squadron, No. 1 Squadron of the academy.
He congratulated the graduating cadets saying, “as you assume responsibilities for the next phase of life, you must remain cognizant of the larger and longer-term challenges ahead.”
Sword of Honour for Overall Best Performance in College of Flying Training was won by Pilot Officer Talal Hassan of 129th General Duty Pilot. Pilot Officer Muhammad Bilawal was awarded trophy for Best Performance in General Service Training whereas, Pilot Officer Bilal Habib of 73rd Engineering Courses clinched the trophy for Best Performance in General Service Training and Sword of Honour for Overall Best Performance in College of Aeronautical Engineering.
