Supplementary exams: BSEK sets up 83 examination centres

An examination reporting centre has also been set up at the BSEK office for receiving complaints.

The Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) has finalised arrangements for conducting supplementary examinations of SSC part-II, which are scheduled to start from Tuesday.


A total of 83 examination centres have been set up, with 44 for male candidates and 39 for females. The board expects around 31,000 students to appear in the examinations. Officials informed BSEK chairman Fasihuddin Khan that different committees consisting of senior teachers have been formed which will pay surprise visits to the examination centres and then submit their reports. The teams have also been authorised to take steps to ensure that students not use unfair means during the exams.

An examination reporting centre has also been set up at the BSEK office for receiving complaints. The centres can be contacted at 99260266, 99260251 and 99260252, with the extension of 327.
