Thatta’s Sheerazi brothers join PPP
The decision will be formally announced on November 7 during a PPP rally.

The Sheerazi brothers, who had remained in power in Thatta, joined the ruling Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) on Friday, reported Express News.
Syed Shafqat Shah Sheerazi, Ayaz Shah Sheerazi and Hussain Shah Sheerazi from the clan met Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah and held talks regarding their decision to join the party.
The decision will be formally announced on November 7 during a PPP rally.
The Sheerazi clan were in power in Thatta for most of the last decade under General Musharraf’s regime.
Last month, Sardar Ali Gohar Khan Mahar, Sardar Rahim Bakhsh and Nasir Hussain Shah of the Mahar clan had joined the ruling party.
