Abducted: Woman seeks help in tracing husband

ABBOTABAD:
A woman has demanded the recovery of her missing husband who was allegedly kidnapped by his relatives over a monetary dispute from Donga Gali three months back.
While speaking to media persons on Wednesday, Hasan Bibi, wife of Syed Marwat Shah, said that Ghafar Shah, a close realative of her husband had, with the help of his sons and some other relatives, kidnapped her husband from his house on August 19.
She maintained that the accused also took Shah’s elderly and mentally-challenged mother with them.
Bibi said that she had lodged an FIR and the police arrested all five of the accused but later, the investigation officer absolved them of the allegation and they were bailed out from the court.
She said that although she did not know where her husband was being kept, but he was in captivity and contacted her on mobile phone off and on, telling her that his life was at threat.
The woman further said that since her husband had been missing, she is facing financial problems in feeding her six minor children as there was no one to support her.
She called upon the chief justice of Pakistan, the chief justice of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and the inspector general of police for the recovery of her missing husband.
