SUKKUR:

The Sindh High Court Sukkur bench ordered Ghotki police to provide protection to the siblings who filed a petition in court against their uncle.

Ghulam Hussain Dahar, 14, and his sisters Rimsha, 12, and Asifa, 10, are residents of Khanpur Muhalla Ubauro. Lawyer Ghulam Shabbir Bozdar told The Express Tribune that the children came to Sukkur to file an application in the court against their uncle, Lal Bux Dahar. The children alleged that Lal Bux took over their father’s property after his death and was trying to sell Rimsha to an elderly person.

Requesting the court to provide them protection from their uncle, they said that they would like to live with their grandfather, Ghulam Haider Dahar. The court allowed the children to go with their grandfather and directed the Ghotki SSP to provide them security.
