Farmhouse Raid: PML-F activists take to streets against police
The abducted engineers, Manzoor Mangi and Nasrullah Shaikh, were not found.

A police raid at the farmhouse of an opposition party leader has further fuelled anger against the ruling party.
On Friday, the Jamshoro police had raided the farmhouse owned by Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) general secretary Imtiaz Shaikh while searching for two kidnapped engineers. Seven men were arrested and weapons seized from them but the abducted engineers, Manzoor Mangi and Nasrullah Shaikh, were not found. All the arrested men were later released.
The PML-F activists took to the streets for the second day in several districts of Sindh to protest. The protesters have blamed the PPP for carrying out vindictive acts against the opposition party.
The PML-F leaders have termed the police action a repercussion of their opposition to the local government ordinance.
