This or that?: Jiah Khan

The best thing about her is that she makes all the outfits she wears her own, by adding the perfect accessory or jazzing it up with a fun hair-do. Here’s the verdict on her latest appearances:

Jiah Khan was bang on trend with her floral shirt and denims, combined with black sneakers and contrast colour laces at the Euro Chips launch in Mumbai. Her make-up was understated and she was going for the natural no make-up look. She sported bangs and her hair hung loose, looking pretty and casual. Here’s what we love about her look:
Hair and make-up
Jiah looks best with her luscious locks down. However some layering to her flat limp hair would have brought out the oomph. Her attempt to attain the Jolie pout and rosy apple cheeks is commendable.
Clothes
We liked her floral printed shirt and fitted denims.
Accessories and shoes
She could have attempted a little more grunge with chunky bracelets to contrast the delicate floral print.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for her fashion sense at the Elle beauty awards 2012 in Mumbai. She wore a Falguni and Shane peacock dress, which was too loud to be paired with that metal studded clutch. We didn’t particularly adore this look, here’s why:
Hair and make-up
Although her hair was lovely and curled, it was boring when parted to one side. She did no justice to her make-up by going for the exact same understated look.
Clothes
The dress fit the actor well, but somehow would have looked sexier without the feather distraction at the end.
Accessories and shoes
Besides the studs and the ring we didn’t really see any! She could have opted for some sexy black stilettos.
