Intel showcases latest technology for SMEs

Products can help boost productivity, efficiency; impact economy.

Intel Pakistan, in collaboration with the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), held a two-day event ‘Intel SMB Technology Day’ to showcase latest technological solutions for higher business productivity.

The objective of the event was to provide small and medium businesses access to a unique forum which showcased latest products and technology solutions for expanding business productivity. The programme included networking opportunities with Intel partners along with extensive technology showcase.

Speaking on the occasion, Intel Country Manager Naveed Siraj said that Intel was committed to investing in the next generation of innovators and supporting community needs to create a lasting impact. Small and medium enterprises were the backbone of Pakistan’s economy and Intel was facilitating their digital empowerment, which would not only boost productivity and efficiency but also impact the economy on a macro-level, he added.


“The products displayed at the exhibition are the latest, which means that Pakistani entrepreneurs now have access to the latest technologies introduced in the modern world.”

Intel was focusing on small and medium businesses as its target market as they required classification of systems used according to the need of each employee. Intel claimed that the showcased products were energy-efficient and could save up to 30% of electricity compared with other devices.
