The 26-year-old fell sick four times during the gig on stage but continued her performance without stopping for even once, reports thesun.co.uk.
The singer had shown no signs of ill health before the show and looked healthy. Before the gig, she had written on Twitter about her experience in Spain.
"In Spain having the time of my life!!!!!! *eats Paella in the corner* I love it here so much, my view is beautiful I'm going to rock Barcelona," she wrote.
Recently singer Justin Bieber had fallen sick on stage and vomited.
