Kotdiji mystery: Woman shot dead at home
Her body was taken to a Kotdiji hospital where a post mortem was conducted.

The 45-year-old wife of a paralysed man was shot dead in her home on Saturday morning in Deh Soho, said the Kotdiji police. In his statement, her bed-ridden husband, Mohammad Shah, who is 85 years old, told the police that he heard gunshots and then someone running out of the house but he could not identify them. Her body was taken to a Kotdiji hospital where a post mortem was conducted. She was shot twice. The victim was Shah’s second wife. She was about 25 years old when they married about 20 years ago. He was paralysed soon after. Kotdiji SHO Syed Qalb-e-Abbas Shah said that her husband was not a supect as he could not move and they had cleared her brother and sons as well. Witnesses from the neighbourhood said that the man who ran out of the house had never been seen there before.
