Plans: Punjabi music at Food Street soon

Arrangement will be made soon to play live folk music at the Fort road Food Street, says DCO.

LAHORE: Arrangement will be made soon to play live folk music at the Fort road Food Street, said District Coordination Officer Lahore Noorul Amin Mengal.

Mengal, who visited the street on Friday, directed Food Street Secretary Colonel (retired) Altaf to install CCTV cameras for security. He said the recording equipment should store month’s footage. He also directed officials to make sure that all chairs in the street were of the same colour and to get the walls repainted.
