Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Friday instructed his party officials to remove all his pictures from public and private institutions immediately.
He said he was informed that many MQM members, officials and sympathisers have placed his pictures at various institutions.
According to a MQM press release, Hussain further stressed that institutions should not be used for political activities.
The MQM chief also told his party members to avoid arguing about the presence of pictures of other leaders in the institutions.
