Two alleged robbers beaten to death in Orangi

The bodies have been shifted to a local hospital, an investigation has been initiated in the incident.

KARACHI: Two alleged robbers were beaten to death by residents of Orangi Town in Karachi, Express News reported late Wednesday night.

According to police officials, the alleged robbers were caught red-handed by residents who then progressed to beat them severely.

The men later succumbed to their injuries.

Their bodies have been shifted to a local hospital, while police have initiated an investigation in to the incident.

Robberies have risen sharply in the megalopolis over the past months with a number of banks being robbed.
